Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. Every Bison piece is made to order for you, and made-to-order items are covered by this 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
